Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy 

We strive for customer satisfaction but should you need to return a piece for exchange or merchandise credit, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of your receipt of the item.  Returns are accepted in unused condition, with original packaging   We do allow extended returns for gifts during the Christmas Season. We do allow for exchanges.  Postage is non-refundable. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your item. 

Shipping 

Default Shipping is UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation.  We email your shipping confirmation to you when we ship, so you can track your package as it makes its way to its destination. 

Most addresses will not require a signature, however, when we are mailing or shipping a large piece or if the “ship to” address is an apartment or suite in an office building, signature confirmation becomes the default.  If you DO NOT want to have to sign for receipt, please make that clear at checkout in the notes when you make the order.

 

UPS Ground and USPS first class mail – Package and will arrive 5-7 business days from the ship date

USPS Priority mail – Package will arrive in 2 – 3 business day from the ship date 

International shipping options are varied. Currently, we ask that you contact us for a quote .  There may be duties or fees at delivery.
