Phil cuts each puzzle box freehand on his bandsaw from a solid piece of hardwood, so no two are exactly alike. Phil and Martha make them to order, mostly in domestic woods from the forests of North Georgia and Western North Carolina. Each box has a hand-rubbed oil finish and a removable felt lining.
